Join us for Chair Yoga. These modified yoga poses are a great way to stretch your muscles and can help with flexibility. 

Adults of all levels of fitness* are welcome as we will be doing chair modified poses. 

Whether you need help setting up an email account, learning how to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or anything in between, we’re here to help you with your computer, tablet or smartphone questions.

Join us as we host Playdates at the Library. During this continuous program we will provide different play materials such as sensory toys, LEGOs, etc. We hope to see you there. Ages 0 to 4 years old. 

Participants investigate various topics through stories, crafts and sensory activities. This month we celebrate the Halloween season.
