Practice reading out loud to a four-legged friend. The dogs from Love on a Leash enjoy listening to stories of all kinds and are a great way to encourage shy or reluctant readers. Bring your favorite book or choose one of ours. All ages.

We will play some silly timed drawing games, as well as more realistic timed gesture drawings. Taking a moment to let go of perfectionism and just have fun drawing. Snacks will be provided.

You've probably heard "the library is more than books," so come see what we mean. This showcase will give you a taste of some of the library's tech and digital tools specifically selected for grades 6-12.
