You could save a life by knowing Hands-Only CPR. Join us for this drop-in training event and be part of a statewide effort to set a world record! Staff from Cape Fear Valley Health will be on hand to train you—no prior experience needed.
Stop by anytime during the program hours to learn or refresh this critical, life-saving skill. All ages are welcome; children must be accompanied by an adult.
On Wednesday, February 25, the RACE-CARS Trial out of Duke University aims to train 30,000 people across North Carolina, including Cumberland County, in a single day. Be part of the record—and leave prepared to help save a life.
