For the month’s History Harbor, we will be exploring one of the most influential Indigenous Nations in the history of North America: The Iroquois. 

Enjoy a supportive, structured environment for participants to follow the curriculum and exercises provided by Transparent Language for English for speakers of other languages.

Help us kick off the summer with a tea party, Wonderland-themed book suggestions, crafts and an intro to the Summer Reading Challenge. We will also have a real live rabbit to lead you down the rabbit hole! Costumes encouraged. 

Join us for select Saturdays this summer for action-adventure movies, popcorn and more. 

This week's feature is Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe (PG, 2005). 

North Carolina Reads annually features five books that explore issues of racial, social and gender equity and the history and culture of North Carolina.

Join us for on an epic adventure as we virtually tour some of America’s famous national parks with Wilderness Inquiry. Come on all of our adventures and you can collect some unique souvenir's. Ages 10-17. 

An inclusive program where players or those who aspire to be players of the ukulele can come together to learn, share music and play together. All ages and levels of learners and players are welcome.

Are you ready for poetry with a punch? Join us for an all-ages presentation that will get you jazzed about poetry and the power of words. 

Cumberland County Public Library's writers' group will meet at 3 p.m. for chatting and networking and begin our work at 3:15 p.m. for critique and discussion of our literary projects.
