 ll learn how to use a latch hook, plan simple patterns and apply finishing
  techniques, leaving with a unique handmade rug started in class and the s
 kills and tools needed to complete it at home. This program was supported
  by grant funds from the Institute of Museum and Library Services under th
 e provisions of the Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA) as administ
 ered by the State Library of North Carolina, a division of the NC Departme
 nt of Natural and Cultural Resources (IMLS grant number LS-259195-OLS-25).
