Whether you need help setting up an email account, learning how to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or anything in between, we’re here to help you with your computer, tablet or smartphone questions.

Join us as we host Playdates at the Library. During this continuous program we will provide different play materials such as sensory toys, LEGOs, etc. We hope to see you there. Ages 0 to 4 years old. 

Join us for some fun that contains low and high sensory activities and crafts in an exploration of touch, smell, sound, sight and taste. Some activities may contain a story time as well. 

Participants investigate various topics through stories, crafts and sensory activities. This month we will explore patterns in nature and make a custom paper spinner.

Cuddle, Play, Socialize. Songs, rhymes, finger plays and short stories are the highlights of this lap-sit experience for parents and their children. For babies and tots 0-23 months. 

Create a mason jar snowman for yourself or your friends and family. Materials will be provided.

Join the Cape Fear Botanical Garden Environmental Educators for an exciting all-ages family program.

Why do you make the financial choices you do? How can you maximize your money based on your goals? How can you improve your credit score? What is the best time to make major purchase decisions? 

Come have squishy, squelchy fun with us at the library! Join us for an hour of playdough fun where you can shape, squish and create whatever you imagine. Plus, we have scented dough that smells amazing – it's a total sensory treat.

We will discuss why fairytales and folklore are important. We will also play a guess the fairytale game and attempt to complete some fairytale themed STEM challenges.

Earthquakes are some of the most powerful natural disasters on our planet. For this Homeschool STEM, we are going to learn what causes these massive tremors and how scientists predict and measure them.

Magical lands have little need for used-up miracle children. Nancy tumbled once, but now she's back. The children at Eleanor West's Home for Wayward Children understand all too well.

What kind of ball doesn't normally bounce? A snowball! But during this winter STEAM program, snowballs will be very bouncy. 

Make a super bouncy snowball and see how high it can go.
