This teen stress-relief program offers a creative and calming space where teens can decompress and learn healthy ways to manage everyday stress. Participants will explore hands-on activities such as painting, reflective journaling and creating miniature Zen gardens. The program emphasizes relaxation, creativity and emotional well-being, helping teens build practical coping skills while enjoying a peaceful break from school and daily responsibilities.
