In post-WWII London, Iris Sparks and Gwendolyn Bainbridge, a sharp-minded duo, launch The Right Sort Marriage Bureau. Their venture takes a dark turn when a new client, Tillie La Salle, is murdered, and the man they matched her with is arrested. Determined to clear his name and save their business, Iris and Gwendolyn dive into their own investigation, unaware of the dangers awaiting them.
