After a horrible breakup, Lila Macapagal’s life seems to follow all the typical rom-com tropes. She’s tasked with saving her Tita Rosie’s failing restaurant while her matchmaking aunties shower her with love and judgment. Then, everything changes when a notoriously nasty food critic (Lila’s ex-boyfriend) drops dead moments after a confrontation with her. With the cops seeing her as the only suspect, Lila conducts her own investigation with the help of her nosey auntie network, her barista best bud and her trusted Dachshund.
