This Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month we kick off a special family movie club just for the month of May, featuring animated Asian and Pacific Islander-based protagonists.
We kick-off the month with the first movie in our series: Abominable (PG; 2019). Bring your own snacks and blankets for max comfiness. Doors open at 1:45 p.m., movie starts at 2 p.m.
Movie Summary: When teenage Yi finds a Yeti on her apartment building's roof, she and her two friends embark on a journey to reunite him with his family. But with a wealthy financier and a determined zoologist in pursuit, they must outsmart their pursuers to keep their new friend safe.
