The Librari-Con mini-anime convention returns! Cumberland County Public Library is excited to partner with Cool Spring Downtown District’s Nerd Market this year. Librari-Con and Nerd Market are fantastic opportunities for fans, newcomers and families to come together, share their passion and explore the diverse and creative world of anime, manga and fandom culture. Both events have free admission and feature activities for all ages!
