Join the Gardening Kids Club! An important part of gardening is taking care of the creatures around us. Today we'll make easy bird feeders, to help our friends through the cold, food-light month. Ages 5-11.
The program will use a peanut butter-free alternative made of sunflower seeds, and bird seed containing: Sunflower Seeds, Safflower Seeds, Millet, Cracked Corn and Canary Grass Seed.
This gardening program is in collaboration with the Seed Library available at our Headquarters Library. Borrow, grow and return seeds whenever the library is open.
Allergen Warning: Materials should not contain peanuts but unintended peanut allergens may be present in materials and materials may have been made in facilities containing peanuts and tree nuts. Substitute materials are not allergen safe and may present their own allergen issues.
Registration is required by calling 910-483-7727, ext. 1449 or registering online.
