Event Details
Fairies and gnomes don’t rely on magic alone—they use science, creativity and clever design. In this session of Creative Cardboard Chapters, kids will combine storytelling and engineering as they design and build one-of-a-kind fairy or gnome houses using cardboard and craft materials. Kids will explore basic architecture ideas, solve building challenges and bring their tiny homes to life through imagination and hands-on creation.
This project is sponsored by the Friends of the Cumberland County Public Library, Inc. and supported by a Grant from the Arts Council of Fayetteville/Cumberland County, the North Carolina Arts Council, and, in part, by contributions from the City of Fayetteville, Cumberland County and other community partners.
