Cinema Bookworms

Welcome to Cinema Bookworms! We'll be comparing a book and its movie adaptation. You will read the book on your own and then watch the movie with us at the library. After the movie we will discuss and compare the two. 

This month's read is The Lost World: Jurassic Park by Michael Crichton. 

John Hammond invites Ian Malcolm to explore a second island where dinosaurs continue to thrive. Upon discovering that his paleontologist girlfriend is already on the island, Ian agrees to join the expedition. At the same time, an environmental activist and a professional game hunter become involved, each with their own agenda. 

Movie rating is PG-13; 1997.
