Cinema Bookworms

Welcome to Cinema Bookworms! We'll be comparing a book and its movie adaptation. You will read the book on your own and then watch the movie with us at the library. After the movie we will discuss and compare the two. 

This month's read is Ready Player One by Ernest Cline. 

In 2045, the real world is bleak, and Wade Watts finds escape in the OASIS, a vast virtual reality created by the eccentric James Halliday. When Halliday dies, he leaves behind a contest promising control of the OASIS and his fortune to the winner. After Wade clears the first challenge, he and his friends—the High Five—embark on a thrilling quest filled with danger and discovery to save the OASIS.
