Bingo + Exercise = Bingocize! Join us for a fun and unique exercise session provided by the Cumberland County Department of Public Health. This program features beginner-friendly & senior-friendly chair exercises.
This program is geared towards adults ages 55+, but any adult who is interested is welcome to join!
