Event Details
As the new school year approaches, it's natural to feel some stress. We'll be showcasing techniques to help manage stress and anxiety in school, such as mindfulness meditation, tapping meditation, a five senses exercise and coloring sessions. Parents are encouraged to participate in these activities to support both themselves and their children as they prepare for the upcoming fall term.
